Things happen. You may find yourself in need of assistance while you're using one of aiXplain's many tools. To make your experience easier, you can access support on any page on aiXplain by using the help widget located at the bottom right of your screen. Just look for the question mark button and click on and explore aiXplain's Support options.
1. Help widget button
You can submit a ticket on any page of the aiXplain platform. Just look for the question mark widget on the bottom left of the page.
2. Support form
Clicking on the widget will open up a form that looks like this:
Fill out all the required fields and attach any files relevant to your request. You can also take a screenshot of the page that you’re currently in by clicking the “Take Screenshot” button:
This will automatically add one screenshot of your current page to your ticket.
3. Verifying and Submitting
After you’ve filled out the fields and attached your files, check the reCAPTCHA checkbox and click “Send.”
After you submit your request, an aiXplain agent will take care of your request and reach out to you as soon as possible.
